For labs seeking reliable, ultra-low humidity control with the added benefit of visual desiccant status and manual regeneration, our Indicating Molecular Sieve Desiccant Dehumidification System is the ideal solution. This fan-based system utilizes indicating molecular sieve desiccants to effectively remove moisture from your glovebox, achieving and maintaining extremely low dew points, all while providing clear visual feedback on desiccant saturation.
How it Works:
Our system employs a fan to circulate the glovebox atmosphere through a desiccant bed containing indicating molecular sieves. These sieves selectively adsorb moisture, and their color changes as they become saturated, providing a clear visual indication of their status. Once the desiccant reaches saturation, it can be easily removed and manually regenerated using a suitable heat source, such as an oven. The dried air is then recirculated into the glovebox, maintaining a consistently dry environment.
