ETS offers three standard size acrylic boxes of 3.75, 9.0 and 13.0 cubic feet (106, 255 & 368 liters). All boxes are fabricated using PS30 (a welded seam) construction for strength, visibility and years of dependable service. ETS also designs custom environments up to 120 cu. ft. to meet specific customer requirements. Virtually anything can be incorporated into a custom box including glove or iris ports, single or multiple doors, computer/bulkhead fittings, etc. Access may be through an antechamber, door, removable side panel or lift-off-from-base design. All standard and custom boxes may be ordered with or without glove ports.
5503 Series – 24”W x 18”D x 15”H (3.75 cu. ft)
The best small boxes on the market. Portable and stackable. Clear acrylic construction provides excellent visibility from all sides. Includes: gasket-sealed door with 12”x12”opening and ¾ turn latch, five access ports for operating systems, sensors, monitors, cables, etc. Options include ON/OFF and PID Controls, Humidification, Dehumidification (dry nitrogen, desiccant, house air), Heating and Cooling. Order with or without 6” glove ports.
5506 Series – 36”W x 24”D x 18”H (9 cu. ft)
General-purpose bench top units for laboratory and production use. Large enough to accommodate testing, fabrication or storage of materials, test equipment and assemblies while fitting onto a standard workbench. Clear and white acrylic construction for excellent internal visibility. Includes gasket-sealed door with 12”x12”opening and ¾-turn latch and five access ports. Options include Microprocessor (PID) Controllers, Humidification, Dehumidification, Heating and Cooling. Order with or without 8” glove ports.
5518/5532 Series – 54”Wx25.5”Dx22”H (Work space 39”x25”x21.5”(13 cu. ft)
Fabricated using clear and white acrylic construction, featuring built-in controls and state-of-the-art operating systems. Designed to accommodate equipment and material for applications requiring a large internal work area, stability, versatility and excellent visibility. Uses include ESD Testing, Automotive, Military, EPA (filter weighting), Biomedical, Pharmaceutical and University Research. Additional features include Equipment and Sample Doors, Single (5518) and Multiple (5532) Ramp Microprocessor (PID) Controllers, Software, Built-in Humidification, Dehumidification, Heating and Cooling Systems. Order with or without 8” glove ports.
CUSTOM ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBERS
Custom chambers, fabricated from acrylic or other materials, can be designed to meet virtually any customer requirement including storage, testing, weighing and fabrication. Chambers can be designed to house a specific item or can be built within a piece of equipment to provide a controlled testing environment.
