M 5465 – Dry Gas Dehumidification System for Glove Boxes, Dry Boxes and Chambers

Overview:

The M 5465 Dry Gas Dehumidification System is an open loop drying system consisting of a valve assembly that allows a dry gas such as nitrogen, CO2 or dry air to purge the chamber until the humidity is lowered to the desired level. Humidity levels to <5% are achievable depending on the dry gas source. The M 5465 system is designed for use with ETS Glovebox Chambers, Series 5000 Controllers and Pressure Monitoring System. However, the M 5465 may also be used with other environments and is plug-and-play compatible using a standard 2-prong NEMA 1-15 plug with the source voltage ranging from 100-240V AC.
