M 230 – NanoCoulomb Meter
Overview:
The Model 230 Nanocoulomb Meter is a high-precision, broad-spectrum device that can detect electrostatic charge levels as low as ±0.01 nanocoulomb. It is appropriate for use in controlled settings and sophisticated electrostatic testing applications, as it completely conforms with standards established by the ESD Association, EIA, DOD, and other important industry regulatory authorities.
There are three measurement ranges that the user can choose from:
0 to ±20 nC
0 to ±200 nC
0 to ±2000 nC
This capability enables precision and versatility for a wide range of charge-measuring applications.
When an object is placed within a Faraday cup, its electrostatic charge is transmitted, allowing for measurement. The charge is then accurately measured using the Nanocoulomb Meter. Different sizes of Faraday cups and collection buckets are offered to suit a range of item kinds and testing situations.
The Model 230 ensures strong performance and dependability in laboratory and industrial environments, making it perfect for applications involving electrostatic charge evaluation, static control verification, and handling ESD-sensitive components.
